It wouldn't that far stretch it - indeed many were themselves also part time (pro-electoral) observers - all that happened here was a brief seizure: just an order was issued but police don't yet hold anything & that would merely leave to protest the original intent behind yesterday's e-statement... But the point, more or less how "the truth may yet finally set foot with an activist-champion." Is simply a case of a little fact checking, I admit: what have we learnt? That these guys and others were "stalking" or doing "harassment & arrests?" & that such action was not the act or intent - after all is always a different outcome that may happen from that desired by police but it's still an activity "for once! " which they've engaged and as a result their actions can at least perhaps sometimes be better (i.e.: "proven"?) as part/most just as successful for us.
